To comply with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and other applicable regulations (hereinafter LFPDPPP), Cien Por Ciento Market Research, S.C. (hereinafter 100% Market Research), located at Maricopa 10, 1st Floor, Colonia Nápoles, Benito Juárez Municipality, C.P. 03810, Mexico City, informs you that it is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data and has the legal and ethical obligation to comply with sufficient security measures to protect the personal data collected.
The personal data that we voluntarily collect from you will be used to identify you in relation to your participation in any of the processes listed below.
This notice also informs you of the purpose for which your data is collected, its use, and, if applicable, whether such data will be transferred and for what purpose.
1. Participants in interviews or focus groups (interviewee, respondent or informant, recruiter or moderator)
• Personal data that may be requested: Name, address, age, home, work and/or mobile phone number, email address, marital status, gender, place and date of birth, names of relatives, dependents, beneficiaries, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC); Unique Population Registry Code (CURP), professional data such as occupation, education level, position, department, work address, work email, employment references, personal references, academic history.
• Purpose: Conducting market research, record keeping, statistics, and analysis of information on various topics; preparation of reports and statistical and market analyses; conducting opinion surveys on products, goods, services, people, brands, trade names, or any other matter for which we request your opinion; fulfilling contractual obligations with our clients; contacting you to participate in surveys, focus groups, in-depth personal interviews and/or ethnographic research, as a participant (interviewee, respondent or informant, recruiter or moderator); contacting you via email to invite you to share your opinion on various topics for market research purposes. In some cases, in addition to the personal data mentioned above, we may collect sensitive personal data that require special protection: racial or ethnic origin, past, present and future health status, political preference, sexual preference.
• Third parties to whom your data may be transferred: Market research companies and business units or related parties commercially known as 100% Market Research and its group, including Sistemas Empresariales de Consulta Activa, S.A. de C.V. and Información Accionable, S.C., as well as subsidiary, affiliate, and/or parent companies, within national territory or abroad for the purposes specified in the process.
2. Job applicants for a position at 100% Market Research.
Once your information is received, it will be handled exclusively by 100% Market Research personnel in charge of the recruitment process.
• Personal data that may be requested: Resume; name, address, age, home, work and/or mobile phone number, email address, marital status, place and date of birth, professional data such as occupation, education level, position, department, work address, work email, employment references, and academic history.
• Purpose: To assess candidates' knowledge level, areas of expertise, work experience, and place of residence in order to determine whether they are viable candidates for a position within the company.
• Third parties to whom your data may be transferred: Market research companies and business units or related parties commercially known as 100% Market Research and its group, including Sistemas Empresariales de Consulta Activa, S.A. de C.V. and Información Accionable, S.C., as well as subsidiary, affiliate, and/or parent companies, within national territory or abroad for the purposes specified in the process.
3. Employees of 100% Market Research.
Once your information is received, it will be handled exclusively by 100% Market Research personnel in charge of coordinating human resources.
• Personal data that may be requested: The personal data we may voluntarily collect from you, based on the existing employment relationship, include: full name; copy of official photo ID (passport, voter ID, professional license); age; date of birth; copy of birth certificate; address; copy of proof of address (utility bills or property tax receipts); copy of released military ID (if applicable); marital status; nationality; copy of immigration documents (if applicable); email address; personal, work, and mobile phone numbers; copy of Federal Taxpayer Registry; copy of CURP; social security number; education certificates or diplomas; language proficiency certificates; salary, earnings and deductions; copy of registration, termination, or salary modification notice from the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS); copy of earnings statement from previous job; photographs; personal references; emergency contact information; information related to beneficiaries or economic dependents, which may include full name, date of birth, and other identifying data such as birth certificates of economic dependents; resume; previous employment records; proof of housing loans (INFONAVIT), letters of recommendation and/or any other documentation or information related to the employment relationship between 100% Market Research and the employee.
• Sensitive personal data that may be collected and processed: current health status; allergies and blood type.
• Purpose: Fulfillment of obligations arising from the existing employment relationship, as well as for personnel management; maintaining employee records; payroll and compensation management; payment of benefits, salaries, bonuses, reimbursements, pensions, insurance, and others; insurance contracting; documentation and control of IT and communication assets; internal audits; creation of corporate email accounts; preparation of company directory; assigning work tools; assigning keys and passwords; ensuring compliance with confidentiality and other labor obligations; verifying personal and employment references; contacting your family members, economic dependents and/or beneficiaries in case of emergency.
• Additionally, unless you object, 100% Market Research will process your personal data for secondary purposes related to workplace environment improvement and well-being (such as sharing congratulations and other celebrations and special occasions).
• Third parties to whom your data may be transferred: Information may be transferred to banking institutions solely for payroll purposes or to outsourcing companies only in very specific cases and with providers registered with the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare.
4. Suppliers and/or clients
• Personal data that will be requested: Name, address, legal address, tax address, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), and billing information including bank account numbers.
• Purpose: To register you as a supplier or client, and fulfill the obligations derived from the legal relationship between you and 100% Market Research; prepare orders, service requests, commercial evaluations, quotes, and any pre-contractual activities; conduct business-related inquiries linked to the products and services provided.
• Additionally, we will use your personal information to contact you and send you relevant information about events and other topics, as well as for marketing, advertising, or commercial prospecting purposes.
• If you do not wish for your personal data to be used for these additional purposes, you may inform us by sending a request to privacidad@100research.com
• Third parties to whom your data may be transferred: Your personal data will not be transferred.
The recipients of such data will be subject to the provisions of this Privacy Notice.
We will not transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as provided in Article 37 of the LFPDPPP and under the terms established by that law.

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for, and the conditions of its use (Access).
You also have the right to request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); to request the deletion of your data from our records or databases when you consider it is not being used according to legal principles, duties and obligations (Cancellation); and to oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Objection). These rights are known as ARCO rights.
To exercise any of the ARCO rights, you may submit your request via email to privacidad@100research.com or submit it in person along with a document proving your identity, providing your address and/or email to receive the response, and a power of attorney or letter of authorization with your official ID signed before two witnesses, who must also include their official IDs, directly at our offices with the administrative coordination department, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
You must submit your request in writing, clearly stating whether you request access, rectification, cancellation or objection of your personal data, providing your address or email to receive a response, and including a detailed and accurate description of the personal data involved. In the case of requesting data rectification, you must provide the updated information to replace or supplement the previous data.
100% Market Research will respond within a maximum of 20 (twenty) business days as to whether your request is appropriate. If so, it will be fulfilled within the next 15 (fifteen) business days. In accordance with applicable legal provisions, 100% Market Research may extend these time periods once, with justification.
100% Market Research will respond within the indicated period via the email you provide. 100% Market Research will deliver electronic copies of the files in which your personal data may be stored.
You may revoke the consent you may have given us for the processing of your personal data. However, please note that not in all cases can we fulfill your request or immediately stop using your data, as it may be necessary to continue processing it due to a legal obligation.
To revoke your consent, you must send your request to privacidad@100research.com or submit it in person along with a document proving your identity, a power of attorney or letter of authorization with your official ID signed before two witnesses, who must also include their official IDs, directly at our offices with the administrative coordination department, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
100% Market Research will respond within the same timeframes applicable to the exercise of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or objection as established in this Privacy Notice.
We inform you that we use cookies, web beacons, and other technologies on our website through which we may monitor your behavior as an Internet user, and provide you with better service and user experience when browsing our site.
The personal data we obtain through these tracking technologies include: browser type and operating system used; websites visited before and after entering the 100% Market Research site; links followed and time spent on our site, your IP address, location from which you visit us, and browsing statistics.
